Is my clinic's data private?
Yes. Each clinic has its own workspace. Other clinics cannot see your patients, prices or reports.
Can I give my staff limited access?
Yes. The owner can add users and choose exactly which menus each person can open.
Which paper sizes can I print?
A4, A5 and 80mm thermal receipts. A5 is the default.
Can patients verify an invoice?
Yes. Printed invoices carry a QR code that opens a verification page.
What happens when my subscription ends?
After a short grace period the clinic becomes read-only. You can still view and print old records until you renew.
